A Valentine Love Fest Jamboree Held in Honor or Jane Hunt
Our beloved longtime Life Member Jane Hunt passed away last October. She joined Elmwood in 1960, and was the only actor to have performed in all five decades at the Playhouse. She was a director for 12 productions and served variously as choreographer, costume designer and on the board of directors. Her youngest daughter Rachel was a true “Elmwood baby” and her son Adam was a performer here as well.
The Love Fest Jamboree was coordinated by Jane’s daughter Lyn, who wanted to celebrate on her mother’s favorite holiday. Three generations of family members attended as well as dozens of friends who sang, shared stories and laughter had wonderful food from Adam’s wife Mimi (of Mimi’s Plate in Tappan) and because of Jane, there was lots of love!

I wish the pictures had captions. As I was out of town and missed the event I would have liked to know who was who in the family photo and I certainly would have liked to hear some of the anecdotes shared that night
