“The Bridges of Madison County” To Open at Elmwood Playhouse
Elmwood Playhouse of Nyack NY will be presenting “The Bridges of Madison County“, a musical written by Marsha Norma with music and lyrics by Jason Robert Brown, directed by Claudia Stefany with musical direction by Tony Bellomy. The show is based on the best selling novel by Robert James Waller. “The Bridges of Madison County” runs November 10th thru December 9th Fridays and Saturdays at 8pm, Sundays at 2pm with an additional Thursday performance on December 7th at 8pm. Tickets are $29 / 27 for Seniors and Students.
Francesca Johnson is looking forward to a rare four days alone as her husband and children head off to the 1965 Indiana State Fair. When Robert Kincaid, a ruggedly handsome National Geographic photographer, stops to ask for directions to the local covered bridges, both of their lives are changed forever.
