Elmwood Reading Series presents “The Humans”

The 6th play reading in Elmwood’s Cold Reading series will be Stephen Karam’s 2016 Tony Award-winning “The Humans.” This finalist for the 2016 Pulitzer Prize for Drama had its world premiere in Chicago in 2014. This enchanting play centers on the Blake family as they gather together at their daughter’s Chinatown apartment.

Come see this warm and funny play about family and relationships with this stellar cast for FREE November 10th at 11:00 AM in the Tarson Studio.

The Cold Reading Series is open to anyone who is interested and available. The readings require no rehearsal. This is an opportunity to practice your craft if you are an actor; see some great actors you may want to cast in your next production if you are a director; hear a new play that you may want to be produced at Elmwood if you are a member of PSC or the Board; or looking for some fun and often nourishing entertainment on a Saturday morning.
