Help us strike Born Yesterday Sunday Oct. 3 – Meet new and old friends!

Please join us this Sunday Oct. 3 for Strike Day at Elmwood Playhouse! The “Born Yesterday” set finally must come down after almost 19 months! It’s kind of historic.

No experience or tools necessary. Please dress with sturdy working shoes (not sneakers), and if you own safety gloves and safety glasses, please bring them.

It’s a great opportunity to get reacquainted with all your Elmwood friends, or meet new ones – actors, technicians, audience and board members all working side-by-side. We have many tasks for all skill levels, or if you have none and just want to learn!

NOTE: You must have already received all required doses of an FDA-approved COVID-19 vaccine to be part of strike, with proof. Masks will be worn inside the theater.
