Mike Gnazzo, Deanna Koski and James Gardner are restoring our theatre’s rep lighting plot on Thursday July 9th and Friday July 10th.
What is a rep lighting plot?
A rep lighting plot (short for repertory lighting plot) is a general-purpose lighting design installed in a theatre that can support many different productions without requiring a completely new lighting setup each time.
How can I help?
The day begins at 10 am and will wrap up by 6:30 pm. They are looking for four to six volunteers on both days. Mike is already hard at work repairing gear in preparation. If you want to learn about the nuts and bolts of our lighting system, this is a great opportunity to do so – there’s nearly one hundred years of lighting experience between these three volunteers!
