June Workshop – New Play & Talkback with Playwright

Don’t miss the June Workshop – “Come Right Away, Don’t Rush” followed by a talkback with the playwright, Julie M. Goldberg, and director, Derek Tarson.

Dr. Bauer – Ralph Bowers

The play involves Heather, an educated professional woman in her 50s, who is dealing with her mother having broken her hip and being taken to the hospital and not being able to accompany her because of COVID. She seeks solace from her old friend, Joel, from high school who is dealing with his own issues of middle age, parenthood, and the fragile relationships between adults and their elderly parents.

The workshop will follow the Elmwood membership meeting this Monday, June 5th – starting at about 8:30 p.m. It will not be video-streamed and can only be seen in person. Don’t miss out!
