NOTE: This form is ONLY for cast and crew involved in a current Elmwood Playhouse production. If you wish to contact the Elmwood Playhouse for general information, please visit our Contact page instead

For those involved in the current Elmwood Playhouse production:

Submit your bio for the Elmwood Playhouse Playbill Program below. All bios MUST be submitted no later than 15 days before the show’s opening night. Those bios submitted after this deadline may not appear in the program.

Guidelines for filling out the Playbill Bio form:

  1. Please turn OFF your CAPS LOCKS before filling out the form
  2. If listing any credits:
    1. Please put show name FIRST, then role / position should be second (between parentheses);
      i.e. Romeo and Juliet (Romeo), Falsettos (Stage Manager), etc.
    2. Please do NOT add extra formatting to show credits such as
      ALL CAPS or quotations marks. Formatting will be taken care of by us.
  3. Please use ONLY ONE SPACE after a period or a comma
  4. Please be sure to fill in all fields where applicable
  5. Cast Members: there is no need to restate / repeat your character / role in your actual bio. Just make sure you enter your character name in the “Role” field

Finally Please Note: What you write for your bio will not only appear in the printed program for your current production (when applicable) BUT ALSO on the Elmwood website even after your show closes. So ideally please try to make your bio as non-show specific as possible to keep it timeless. It is for this reason that Elmwood website editors reverse the right to edit your online bios to remove personal “thank you” that are show specific (such thank yous will appear in the printed program space permitting)
