Rockland County Times LOVES “Harvey!”
From the Rockland County Times:
The newly renovated Elmwood Playhouse in Nyack, NY now presents “Harvey,” and it’s a must see.
Elwood P. Dowd, played by Andrew Greenway, is a man who claims to have a friend named Harvey — whom Elwood describes as a six-foot, three-and-one-half-inch tall pooka, resembling an anthropomorphic rabbit. There is no doubt that Andrew Greenway did his homework on his role as Elwood Dowd. He portrays a calm, welcoming, charming, caring, intelligent and considerate man, as he introduces his friend Harvey to everyone. Mr. Dowd lives with his sister, Veta Louise Simmons, played by the incredibly talented Meg Sewell and her beautiful daughter, Myrtle Mae Simmons, played by Kimberlyn Frost.
