Ed LamprichTreasurer

    Ed Lamprich joined Elmwood Playhouse in 2018, though he was a frequent audience member since seeing Ballroom in 2003. Shortly after becoming a member, he was asked to join the Finance Committee and worked to ensure the financial health of the organization so it can continue to play its vital role of nurturing a love of live theatre in the community. He is proud to be in the company of the many talented people who contribute to bring such high-quality productions to the Elmwood stage. A former French teacher, Ed has worked in educational publishing for more than 25 years. His focus is on editorial management and product development for world languages and English for speakers of other languages for grades pre-K through 12. He had direct responsibility for creating profitable business cases and product proposals, publishing plans, people management, and the development of these educational materials for students and teachers across the United States and Latin America. Ed earned a B.A. with a double major in French and Philosophy from Southern Illinois University and a M.A. in French Literature from the University of Colorado.
