He is Academic Director of a M.A. program in Leadership that is grounded in the premise that leadership is an art form – a unique, one-time expression of an individual or group’s vision. A.M. has been an advisor to, and developed leadership artists in, companies such as IBM, AmEx, and Facebook as well as non-profit and social impact agencies and start-ups. He is also a published photographer, public speaker, playwright, and stage actor. He has performed in productions of Frost/Nixon, August: Osage County, 12 Angry Men, Deathtrap, Other People’s Money, Players, andOne Flew Over the Cuckoo’s Nest.
