is thrilled to be returning to the Elmwood stage, where previous credits include Ragtime (Harlem Ensemble) and The Crucible (Tituba). Other favorite stage credits include: Pajama Game (Poopsie), Kiss Me Kate ( featured dancer), Anything Goes (Virtue).  Alicia has been featured in “O” The Oprah Magazine, BET, Designing Spaces TV, and other media.  As a jazz vocalist, Alicia has opened concerts with Stella Marrs, Jimmy Heath, Lou Meyers, Norman Simmons, Sheila Jordan, Cameron Brown, Sam Waymon, Carrie Jackson and the Jazz Vocal Collective in Newark, NJ.  Alicia has also performed at the Jazz foundation of America Jazz loft party and other performances in the New York metropolitan area.  She studied voice privately with Dr. Stanley L. Ralph and furthered her studies at Harlem’s esteemed Jazzmobile Saturday workshops founded by the late Dr. Billy Taylor.  She is dedicated to keeping the legacy of Jazz, America’s Classical music, alive.  When she is not performing, Alicia is a lawyer and arts administrator.
