Andrew Deutsch

made his theatrical debut at age seven playing Queen Ester in the Hanukkah Story, which had its Brooklyn debut in Mrs. Weinberg’s class at the Yeshiva of Brighton. After that production, he got on with the business of becoming eight and was unable to stop aging. He has been involved with improv, studying John Montieth, the Groundlings, and People’s Improv Theater, and acting with William Hickey and Joan Ellis among others. Last year, he starred in and produced The Anatoly D Experience which can be seen on rocklandworldradio.com or YouTube. He has also created businessprov.com, which offers workshops on active listening and communication skills for the business world using improv games. This is Andrew’s first Elmwood Playhouse production.
