Desiree Cobb-Olori has worked onstage and in film on both coasts--and in the course of her creative career has worked as a voice-over artist, writer, and producer in addition to acting. She returns to the Elmwood stage this weekend in the role of Miss Wells, and can be seen this Friday and Saturday evening and at the Sunday Oct 1 matinee. Derek Tarson is a mainstay of live theater in Rockland and beyond, both onstage and behind the scenes. His acting resume comprises roles from sophisticated to whimsical and what is shown here is just a small sampling of Derek's varied roles over the years on a wide variety of stages in our area. Derek performs the role of Dr. John Seward in Dracula at Elmwood Playhouse through October 7. Performances are Fridays and Saturdays at 8 p.m. and Sundays at 2 p.m. with an open caption performance on Thursday Oct 5. Tickets are "flying away!" Best availability: Thurs. Oct 5 and Friday Oct 6.
