Ralph Bowers

Ralph’s last appearance here was as the troubled choirmaster Simon Stimson in Our Town. Prior to that he held forth as the curmudgeonly norman in On Golden Pond(Broadway World Award: Best Actor). Other Elmwood roles include Judge Noose in A Time To Kill, Bishop Digne (Les Mis), Porno King Les Kennkat (Boy Gets Girl), Flan (Six Degrees Of Separation), The Wolf (Into The Woods), and Kodaly (She Loves Me). A veteran of professional and community theatre, he has enjoyed a variety of roles including Feste (Twelfth Night, Longwood Shakespeare Festival, Artie (House Of Blue Leaves, Portland Repertory), El Gallo, The Fantasticks, Lancaster Downtowners), Carl Magnus (A Little Night Music, Acor, Alan (Baby), Joey (Pal Joey) And Tajamoro (Rashomon). Back in the day (waay back!), Ralph could be heard as a radio D.J., and was “on the road” as a professional folk singer.
