Scott Schneider

Scott has been with Elmwood since 1995 when he appeared as Mike in Wait Until Dark. He was also in Elmwood’s production of Othello as the Duke. Other credits include George in Of Mice and Men, Juror 10 in 12 Angry Jurors, Michael in God of Carnage, Lee in True West, and Don in American Buffalo. He has most recently been onstage with the Strange Bedfellows Shakespeare Theatre as Sir John Falstaff in Merry Wives of Windsor. Previously, he was Titus Andronicus in the Bedfellows’ eponymous production. He has been featured in 6 films including Condor’s Nest, an independent feature film shot in 2021. He has trained locally with Vincent Curatola of The Sopranos and has been trained in the Meisner technique with Baron Brown Studios in Los Angeles. He teaches English at North Rockland HS. Scott lives in Congers with his wife Jill, his kids Dylan and Lindsay, and his dawg Archie.
