What a Weekend at Elmwood!

 In News

We have an exciting weekend planned with special events at all performances of A Doll’s House, Part 2 on July 29th, 30th, and 31st.

  • On Friday July 29th and Saturday July 30th, we honor educators with special ticket deals, gifts, and more!
  • On Sunday July 31st, the matinee will be followed by a Talk Back with director Michael Edan, the cast, and the creative team, moderated by Laurel Salmon. Ms. Salmon is Executive Director at CANDLE and a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist.

These events are posted on local calendars and have been shared with a variety of local groups. But we don’t want anyone to miss them—or the show!

So please help us with a final push to spread the word!

Share these events on your social media and/or send the information about these events to your friends and colleagues. Call them or email them—just make sure they know! And for those who can’t make it to the theater this weekend, they can still see one of the remaining performances on August 4th, 5th, or 6th. With or without special events, the show should not be missed.

Audience members have had strong emotional responses to the production—describing it as gripping, compelling, and raw, while at the same time delivering moments of genuine laugh-out-loud humor. The costumes, lighting, and set design are visually stunning in their support of the overall vision. And the outstanding performances are so intensely truthful that you just can’t look away. As conceived and realized by director Michael Edan, the show packs an emotional and intellectual punch and is an amazing theater experience.

Please help us ensure that this remarkable production is seen and appreciated by as many people as possible! Come see one of the remaining performances. If you’ve already seen the show—tell someone else to see it. Be an Elmwood ambassador and get the word out: Don’t miss A Doll’s House, Part 2.
