Zesty Chicken Barbecue Cook time 4 – 5 hours Low

Servings 8 or more dependent on size of buns

6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 (12 ounce) bottle barbecue sauce
½ cup Italian salad dressing
¼ cup brown sugar
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
8 hamburger buns

In a 6 quart crockpot, stir together barbecue sauce, salad dressing, brown sugar, and Worcestershire sauce. Add chicken and toss to coat. Cook on low 4 – 5 hours.

Remove chicken and shred with two forks. Return to crockpot. Stir to combine. Serve on buns with red onions, avocado, or other condiments as desired. Enjoy!

NOTES: If chicken breasts are very thick, it may be advisable to slice them before cooking to make the shredding easier. Use a good barbecue sauce (liken to using a good wine).
